Anna Nicole Smith (1967 – 2007), the former Playboy Playmate, found nothing from her former husband billionaire J. Howard Marshall's property.

US Supreme Court at last established the claim of the heirs of billionaire J. Howard Marshall, the late husband of Anna Nicole Smith (November 28, 1967 – February 8, 2007). Justices lead by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. say a Texas probate court had the authority only to resolve the Marshall estate dispute. This declaration came as California bankruptcy judge incorrectly granted Anna Nicole Smith over $400 million from the estate of her oil magnate husband J Howard Marshall. In the 5-4 decision by the judges is the victory for the Texas heirs of Smith's late billionaire husband, J. Howard Marshall. The original heir his son, Pierce Marshall, who filed the case, also died during the 15 years of the course of the litigation.

Anna Nicole Smith, the former Playboy Playmate, married the billionaire Marshall in 1994 when she was 26 and he was 89. Marshall died in 1995 and by a will left his entire estate to his son Pierce and nothing for his wife Nicole Smith. Smith sued in response, but a Texas probate court granted the entire estate to Pierce Marshall despite claims by Smith that he had conspired to withhold funds promised to her by his father. Smith then made a similar claim against Pierce Marshall when she filed for bankruptcy in a California court. This time Smith won, and the bankruptcy court awarded her over $400 million. This decision sparked years of litigation over whether the determination by the Texas probate court or the California bankruptcy court prevailed. Smith died in 2007 from what was determined to be an accidental overdose, but her estate continued the legal fight to keep her portion of the estate. "We conclude that, although the [California] Bankruptcy Court had the statutory authority to enter judgment on [Smith's] counterclaim, it lacked the constitutional authority to do so," Chief justice John Roberts wrote. Roberts began his opinion with a paragraph-long quotation and alluded from Charles Dickens' "Bleak House" to highlight the fact that none of the original parties to the lawsuit lived to see its result.

Demi Moore hosting and reporting a CNN Freedom Project, “Nepal’s Stolen Children,” a project on anti-sex trafficking.

A Project against modern slavery, "Anti-sex trafficking"
The 'Ghost' actress Demi Moore, 48, is going to host and report a CNN Freedom Project, “Nepal’s Stolen Children,” which exposes the sex trade of children. Moore, one time the highest paid Holly Wood actress, who have been working as an anti-sex trafficking, said about her involvement and passion, "We (she and her husband) were sitting home one night watching a program - a documentary set in Cambodia - that was highlighting the issue of modern-day slavery and human trafficking."

She added, "It started to show these 5, 6, and 7-year-old little girls and it really just felt incomprehensible that we were living in a world where children were being repeatedly raped for profit. We felt that we couldn't sit back and live in this world and not do something about it, so we just set about to educate ourselves on the issue, only to become extremely overwhelmed at the complexity and scope of what's really going on in our world today."

This CNN Project Documentary premieres to a worldwide audience on CNN International Sunday night June 26, 2011.

Programs marking the 2nd death anniversary of King of Pop Michael Jackson.

The King can not be seen with
this pose

June 25, 2009, Pop God of the world Michael Jackson, 50,  (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) left the world forever leaving millions of his fans just to moan for and celebrate the death anniversary with his memories and relics. As the day draws near for the second times, elaborate programs are expected to be taken place. But only two are known- Aerial Tour for fans over Neverland Ranch in California and a reunion tour by the Jackson Brothers to perform their 5 old songs. There has been a tremendous amount of speculation over the fate of Neverland since Jackson's death. Some want the private amusement park to be open to the public, while others, in particular a group simply called "Never!" strongly oppose the creation of what would inevitably become a West Coast Graceland. The ranch has plenty to offer as an attraction: Jackson was a collector of movie industry ephemera and all manner of trinkets. His holdings include Edward's Scissorhands, a lot of fancy cars, and a tons of Star Wars memorabilia. Outside, there is the Ferris wheel, Pirate Ship, train station and small zoo. Last year Hollywood gadfly Perez Hilton reported (probably not the right word) that Jackson's children planned to make Neverland into a "community park and center for animals," but for now die hard fans will have to stay airborne.

The Santa Barbara News-Press reports the half hour pakage "Flight Over Neverland" runs from 9 a.m. to sunset on June 24 and June 25 costing $175 per person and $500 (ticket available). The flights depart Santa Barbara Municipal Airport on June 24 and Santa Ynez Airport on June 25.

Marking the 2nd anniversary, Michael Jackson's brothers are working on a reunion tour to perform their old Jackson 5 songs, Jermaine Jackson said Monday. "Michael would want us to continue on," Jackson said, after he unveiled an exhibit of his brother's wax statues at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood. "The brothers now are ready just to keep the legacy going and the music," Jackson said. "We're meeting today about putting a tour together just to play the music because it's such wonderful music. We need to continue to play this music because it's healing for us."

Michael Jackson, singer-songwriter, record producer, composer, musician, dancer, choreographer, actor, businessman and philanthropist died of acute propofol intoxication after he suffered cardiac arrest at his home in the Holmby Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles, California, USA. In his live he won countless awards and recognition and reached the peak of everything he touched except death. R&B, pop, rock, soul, dance, new jack swing, funk and disco, this moon walker mastered all these genres.
Three stages of Jackson's life
In his career (1964-2009) he released many albums. Among them are Studio albums 10, Live albums 1, Compilation albums 67, EPs 6, Soundtracks 2 and Remix albums 7. This King of Pop's hit albums are Got to Be There (1972), Ben (1972), Music & Me (1973), Forever, Michael (1975), Off the Wall (1979), Thriller (1982), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991) HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I (1995) and Invincible (2001).

Jill Scott on "LIGHT OF THE SUN" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a recent interview with NPR, Scott, 39, said about the subject matter of the songs, “Not everything is up for conversation; not everything is up for art. But do I really discern what is and what’s not? That’s the question.” “Particularly with this record, I’ve really just been standing in front of the microphone and blacking out musically. I come back a couple hours later and there’s six songs from beginning to end," she added. Another news tells that Jill Scott will perform at Essence Music Festival with Kenye West, Mary J. Tatum Beatrice O'Neal, 47, reveals her past in new memoir named "Found: A Daughter's Journey Home" on June 21, 2011.

The youngest (at the age of only 10) Academy Award winner Tatum Beatrice O'Neal, 47, is going to bring out her new memoir named "Found: A Daughter's Journey Home" on June 21, 2011. It's a follow-up memoir to her 2004 book "A Paper Life." She wishes America good morning about her new book and about a series "The O'Neals: Ryan and Tatum" she is doing with her father.

In "Found", Tatum relates us with her early childhood abuse at the hands of her mother and her mother's boyfriend. Her father Ryan O'Neal, 70 years old actor (1960-Present), relieved her from all this by dragging her to the film "Paper Moon" which brought her the Oscar at a very tender age.

Tatum O'Neal winning Oscar at in 1973
However after she hits, her relationship with Ryan became weak and she became reckless. This is evident in her marriage to tennis player John McEnroe at just 22 (in 1986). By 31, they had three kids (Kevin McEnroe, Sean McEnroe, Emily McEnroe),were divorced in 1994 and O'Neal became addicted to heroin. The drug use continued until O'Neal eventually landed in jail in 2008 as she was caught red handed with two bags of cocaine. She has since been doing the cleansing  and and then with her father doing a new documentary series on OWN, "The O'Neals: Ryan and Tatum."

Tatum says of the new show, "I sort of took a journey with my dad with this show to see what would happen. It didn't necessarily -- make us together. It didn't necessarily push us to this happy ending."
"This is about forgiveness...this is about trying to shut a door and open another one. I don't know if it's going to work. It may or it may not, but I'm going to try," she added.

Miss USA kicks off today June 19, 2011 live on NBC

Miss USA 2010, Rima Fakih

Miss USA 2011 kicks off today June 19 at the Theatre for the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The program will be aired live on NBC and the show will be hosted by "E! News co-anchor Giuliana Rancic and Bravo's "Watch What Happens:Live" host and network's Executive President of Original Programming and Development, Andy Kohen.

The President of the Miss Universe Organization Paula M. Shugart and owner of NBC and Miss Universe Organization Paula M. Shugart made the announcement of this grand show.

Miss USA 2010 is crowned by Miss USA 2009
Miss North Carolina, Kristen Dalton
The 51 contestants have been living in Las Vegas all month, preparing for the event and OnTheRedCarpet.com caught up with the ladies before their big day. The beginning number is very complex, especially for a large group of 51 people. Rehearsing in the hotel rooms, the chance to learn the moves all depends on the ladies. After getting the routine, the contestants have to practice and they have to move in unison while hitting the marks noted on the carpet. As they rehearse again and again, it becomes easier (and it also creates a few blisters as this isn’t easy work by any means.) The end result is what the audience will see on live television. For the first time ever, one of the sixteen semifinalists will be selected exclusively by fans via online voting and SMS messaging. The competition formats are changed to Top 16, Top 8 and Top 4 (Miss USA 2011,1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up). Miss USA 2011 will represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2011 pageant in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011.

Over the past two weeks contestants have been in Las Vegas in one of the biggest pageants on the planet. Living, working and breathing Miss US Pageant, it all comes down to the final day and live show to see who wins. OnTheRedCarpet.com host Rachel Smith, who was voted Miss USA 2007, asked the girls about their bikini contest preparations, rooming situations and what kind of drama has gone down behind the scenes, but the ladies insisted that this year's group has been diva free. "Even I expected the girls to be really catty when I got here but the girls are really awesome," said Miss Vermont, Lauren Carter. "There are really no huge divas, there's no crazy cutting of gowns or anything. Everybody's pretty awesome, we're all friends." Miss Tennessee, Ashley Elizabeth Durham also agreed that the contestants are more laid-back than they were when she competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant in 2006. "It's a lot different, the girls are very competitive but we have a pretty laid-back group this year, we're having a lot of fun," Durham said. "But tomorrow's prelims, so we'll see when the claws come out."

Meanwhile, former Miss USA Rima Fakih, who will surrender her crown during the Sunday's Miss USA pageant, is weighing her options for the future. Fakih said that she plans on "sleeping for a week" following the end of her reign but offered some words of advice for the next Miss USA. "This is Miss USA, this is not just any beauty pageant - there are beauty pageants and then there's Miss USA," she said. "What I would want [aspiring contestants] to know is to remember every year, have a scrapbook, know that the crown you're going to wear doesn't mean you're the most beautiful girl in the United States - you're an ambassador."

The Miss USA beauty contest has been held annually since 1952 to select the United States entrant in the Miss Universe pageant and this year it is 60 th anniversary of this contest. The Miss Universe Organization operates both Miss USA Beauty pageants, as well as Miss Teen USA. The state that wins Miss USA as many as nine times is  Texas in 1977,1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1995, 2001 and 2008. Miss USA 2010 won by Rima Fakih, the current titleholder, who competed as Miss Michigan USA. Michigan won the title two more times in 1990 and 1993. Other leading states are California 5 times, New York, Hawaii and Illinois 4 times, Lousiana, South Carolina and aforesaid Michigan each for 3 times.

This year 51 contestants are:

Rita Wilson, now editor of Huff/Post 40 after the role as actress, producer and writer.

The 54 years Hollywood actress and producer has been named editor-at-large of a new baby boomer site on The Huffington Post. "Huff/Post 40," which is set to launch in August 2011. The site will focus on life of men and women after 40 and it will be "both about news and about people sharing their own experiences about that stage in life." The founder, president and editor-in-chief of AOL Huffington Post Media Group Arianna Huffington said, "We are thrilled that Rita is joining us.

Calling the site 'Huff/Post 40' was her idea. Her belief that it's never too late to follow your dreams makes her the perfect godmother for Huff/Post 40 as it takes shape." She believes that Wilson's Greek heritage will help her to set the experience of over 40 aged's life up to value aging as a process that brings wisdom and new possibilities.
Willson says, "The idea that we boomers are somehow supposed to wind things down as we get older has completely escaped me. It's never too late to mix things up, change your life, to get to what you really should be doing -- or want to be doing. I can't wait to get started."

She is an actress of several movies and acted on television and on Broadway. She is also a story writer on style and health for O, The Oprah Magazine and Harper's Bazaar as an editor since 2006. We hope her vision and direction for the new site would bring something extra-ordinary for us.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibirian busy schedule after marriage and honeymoon.

LeAnn, the country singer-songwriter, actress and author, and her husband, a 37 years old actor are now very much busy with their music and TV shows, the things not so sweet as their honeymoon after April marriage. But this wasn't the original plan when the couple planned their wedding. Instead, they anticipated a work-free month, says Rimes. Rimes and the Sugarland members, Jennifer Nettles (lead vocals) and Kristian Bush (background vocals, lead vocals, mandolin, acoustic guitar, and harmonica) presented an acoustic concert on June 5, 2011 in Jacksonville,Fla. and the program will be hosted by Rimes husband actor Eddie Cibirian. Of course this program was for a humanitarian cause- for fund raising for the hurricane affected area.
The pair met on the set of television movie Northern Lights and were married at a private home in California after becoming engaged at Christmas. LeAnn is now working on a new album 'Lady & Gentleman' and a brand new version 'Blue' while Eddie is returning to TV with an NBC pilot for The Playboy Club series. The songstress says the couple are adjusting to post-honeymoon life whilst juggling busy work schedules.

"We got married on a Saturday, and I left on a Tuesday to go start filming," says Rimes. "So we kind of jumped right into work." "We both have a lot going on. We've got a lot to juggle!" she told People. "It's kind of cool to see both of our careers be on the upswing at the same time. We'll have years where we don't have as much to juggle, and we'll have years like this when it's kind of crazy … But things are good, and we're very, very happy."

The two are "learning to roll with it" by visiting each other on weekends, for example, the two recently passed time together  getting out of Dodge for Cibrian's birthday ( Cibirian turned 38 on June 16).

Laura Ziskin, the Spider-man producer, dies in 61 after a long struggle with cancer.

"The Amazing Spider-Man", the 4th sequel of Spider Man,  is going to be released in 2012. But after that we will not see Laura Ziskin as its executive producer. Yes it is very shocking news that this talented craft-woman left us for good on Sunday June 12 after a long struggle with breast cancer.

61 years old Ziskin (1950-2011) died at her home in Santa Monica in California. She was the first woman to produce the Academy Awards telecast solo, in 2002 -- had been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Ziskin was also a prominent campaigner for cancer research, helping to create the Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) movement along with Katie Couric and several other well-known figures. Couric said, "Laura was one of the most courageous people I've ever known. Her fearlessness in the face of this relentless killer inspires everyone on the SU2C team to redouble our efforts to make cancer history."

Elle Fanning in a fashion magazine named "BlackBook" and trying new words for dialogue.

Elle Fanning, original name Mary Elle Fanning and sister of actress Dakota Fanning mostly known for for her starring roles in Phoebe in Wonderland, Somewhere and Alice in Super 8, has been coloring the pages of 'BlackBook' Magazine for a few months. Granted the flaxen-haired baby child looks sort of glum and we prefer her in bright, fresh, bursts of age-appropriate color (like, when she wore floral Dolce & Gabbana to the Movie Awards. Also, pssssst we added video to the link so def come check it out) but the fashion references that are evoked here definitely remind us of our youth.

More Teen Star:

2. Rebecca in Kety Perry's music video "Last Friday Night(T.G.I.F)

This 13 years old (born April 9, 1998) amazing actress loves to draw, dance and act and lives with her parents in LA. But she is turning as accomplished as her sister Dakota Fanning and is fast making her own name for her self in the business, as well as taking the fashion world by storm. She has plans to visit Paris this year has three Hollywood movies that premiere before Christmas- all before she enrolls in high school.

Recently during the filming of "Super 8," Elle Fanning has a blast with 'Super 8' new friends about the word "Dude." Her director told her not to use this. Director J.J. Abrams may not have phrased it like that, but he reminded his young stars that "Super 8"is set in 1979, a time when that slang term was not part of casual conversation. "I think it was hard for the guys to not say 'Dude,' " Elle Fanning said with a laugh. Therefore, Abrams provided a list of words, such as "groovy," that were common in the '70s. "He was like, 'This is what we used to talk like.' It was fun looking at those."

Lady Gaga in Rome now and planned to world tour in 2012

Pop craze Lady Gaga are now in Rome, Italy to join a parade of gay rights parade where perticipants will voice againnst the the Vatican and Silvio Berlusconi's 'backward' government. Event, named as EuroPride, organizer aimed the parade to show that Europe is lagged behind in gay rights. Paolo Patane, director of Italian activist group Arcigay, said he hoped the parade would help 'push out' the Italian government. Leaders of two small opposition parties, 1. Italy of Values and Left, 2. Ecology and Freedom, have said they will attend the parade.

A small protest is planned by a religious group calling itself 'Militia Christi,' and Catholic politicians have warned Lady Gaga, a vocal advocate of gay rights, against making provocative statements about the pope. So tight security measures are being taken to prevent any possible clashes between two groups.
2. Dolly Patron with Lady Gaga.
3. Jose Canseco would marry Gaga in a second.
Gaga is also preparing for the next year world wide tour as well. After the success of her latest album 'Born This Way,' which has topped the charts in over 20 countries, she thinks the chances of her doing another huge worldwide tour is 50/50 at the moment. This year she has a concert in Japan and it is on Saturday June 25, 2011 at Chiba, Makuhari Messe, Japan. For 2012 the only confirmed country to my knowledge is Peru. Lady Gaga said this during a press conference in Mexico: “Yes, I will be coming to Latin America, and
it is very important to me. Up until now I’ve only been able to come to Mexico, because of finances. I had no money because I put everything into my show. Two years ago, I had no money to go to Latin America. But next year I’ll be there.” Lady Gaga’s manager has also said that she will be touring in India, China and South America. There’s no doubt in my mind that Gaga will tour in North America along with Europe, and there’s also a lot of speculation that she’ll tour in Australia. In other news, Gaga is said to be visiting Australia for a promotional visit in July. Gaga's ambition is to follow up with an ever bigger and better record, her career to be a "marathon" instead of a sprint, is rightly to be fulfilled.

Rebecca Black, the singer of famous track "Friday" makes Cameo In Katy Perry's “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.),” New Video Looks like Rebecca Black. It is one step closer to musical redemption. The 13-year-old California-born singer, whose song Friday made her an internet sensation and one of the most ridiculed singers of all time, plays a small role in Katy Perry’s new music video "Last Friday
Night (T.G.I.F.)."

In the video , Black along with Kathy Beth Terry is seen in a super cool crazy house party sitting on a couch. The appearance is around sixteen seconds into the clip and the full music video will be released on Tuesday, June 14. Friday was officially released in March, 2011, and sold 40,000 downloads in its first week. It peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at number 58. The video has received more than 161 million views on YouTube, with nearly 440,000 ‘likes’ and more than 3 million ‘dislikes’.

Perry is obviously a fan of Black and her song. In Australia, Perry performed an acoustic version of Friday only to entertain the audience. After this everything she does for the rest of her life must be related to that day 'friday' of the week by this get down.
